Carina is a relentless change-maker, that drives to inspire and support her teams through curious and compassionate leadership and mentoring. Leading and effecting tangible change across purpose initiatives in the business, and more broadly across the industry, is a key ambition for Carina, ensuring action and not just words. A founding member of the Advisory Board for non-profit organisation Isla Carina leads all ESG initiatives in Elevate.
Jon leads technology and digital transformation within Elevate. He has been instrumental in the vision and launch of Impact, Elevates proprietary brand intelligence platform.
Jonas, previous CEO of Promotion for You GmbH, acquired by Elevate in 2021 joined the group as Chief Growth Officer as the businesses combined. Jonas sits at the centre of the European business and pays a pivotal role in driving growth and corporate development.
Joe joined Elevate in January 2021 having previously been a Director at Pod Staffing. He plays a crucial role in growing the brand portfolio in the UK market. With nearly 20 years’ experience in experiential and staffing Joe is passionate about people and going above and beyond to deliver excellence for all of his clients.
Michael is passionate about helping brands create experiences for people that inspire them to think and act differently. Leading the growth of the North American business, Michael has seen great success with the business going from strength to strength.
Julie is an experiential business leader and champion for female-led start-ups. With over 12 years of experience in event marketing, staffing, and leading cross-market teams, she is passionate and well-resourced in delivering unforgettable experiences and positive human connections for some of the world’s biggest brands. She has been fortunate to work on some phenomenal projects including London Olympics 2012, Cannes Lions and the upcoming she’ll be supporting a major sporting event in Paris 2024.
Peter is a senior marketing specialist with over 20 years’ experience working with Global brands across all agency types; from start-ups, medium sized shops to large, networked groups at Managing Director / Board Director level. Commercially focused with a successful track record of establishing profitable new teams/divisions, finding innovative ways to unlock existing client revenue and through a highly successful approach to new business. Peter joined Elevate in 2021 to help take the business to the next level.
Claudia has a proven track record of developing and implementing long-term financial strategies across international markets. With more than 15 years of experience in finance, she has both the knowledge and expertise to make well-informed decisions that drive positive results.
