Elevate Global is excited to announce the appointment of Phil Edelston to their team as a non-executive director.
Phil brings a wealth of knowledge in business growth and development to Elevate. He co-founded his first company Mash Staffing in 2004 just a few years out of university. Mash grew rapidly into a multi-award winning, multinational business with over 150 full time employees working with brands such as Nike, Samsung, BMW and Peloton. In 2020, Mash was successfully merged with Stellar Global which allowed Phil to focus on his passion of coaching and developing leaders.
Speaking about the opportunity Phil said: “It felt like the perfect opportunity to combine my career experience to date, in the world of staffing, with my focus on leadership coaching as well. I’m definitely still passionate about the industry and I’m excited to be involved!”
