1. Waitrose & Partners: Leading In-Store Tastings Nationwide

Since 2022, we’ve partnered with Waitrose to lead in-store sampling activity across 70 stores nationwide for 100+ brands.

Our team of specially trained promotional staff offer samples to shoppers, converting “tasters” to customers and driving sales. Using Impact, we tracked key KPIs, including over 2.1 million samples distributed across the UK, showcasing the measurable impact of these activations.

2. Harrods: Sweet Success with Pastiglie Leone

Building on our expertise in in-store retail, we partnered with Pastiglie Leone, the iconic Italian confectionery brand, to deliver a long-term activation inside Harrods Food Hall, one of London’s most luxurious retail destinations. The aim was to launch their premium sweet range and introduce new customers to the brand through immersive, in-store sampling.

Our promotional staff engaged directly with shoppers, offering samples and sharing the brand’s rich heritage and story. Using Impact, we were able to track key metrics including footfall, average engagement time, percentage of footfall engaged, and audience demographics. Our team’s efforts significantly boosted brand awareness and sales, creating a sweet success story for Pastiglie Leone with over 20,000 products sampled between March – July in 2024.

3. Formula 1 Grand Prix: Trackside Retail with stichd

Elevate Global is proud to be the exclusive staffing partner for stichd, a PUMA Group company, delivering world-class retail staffing across the Formula 1 Grand Prix circuit. Now in the second year of a landmark five-year global partnership, we provide skilled, professional promotional staff who elevate the fan retail experience at races from Monaco and Montreal to Miami and beyond.

To date, we’ve delivered 16,728 shifts, covering 251 live race days with 6,299 accredited field staff. Through our global staffing network and strategic partnerships in key markets such as China, Saudi Arabia, and Mexico, we ensure consistent quality and coverage at every race – achieving a remarkable 102.8% staffing compliance rate.

Together with stichd, we’re redefining what premium trackside retail looks like on a global scale.

4. Rockefeller Center: Man City Pop-Up Store

During Manchester City’s US pre-season tour, stichd’s pop-up store at the iconic Rockefeller Center in New York City was buzzing with excitement. Our Brand Ambassadors played a crucial role in this activation, driving merchandise sales and engaging with football fans visiting the pop-up.

From sharing product knowledge to creating memorable customer interactions. Our team ensured that fans left with both souvenirs and a fantastic brand experience.

5. Target Stores: In-Store Promotions for XFCTR

Target, one of the US’s largest and most recognisable retailers, provides an ideal platform for engaging promotions. Since 2021, we’ve supported XFCTR in delivering in-store activations at 400 Target locations nationwide, across 48 states; driving awareness and boosting sales for featured brands. Sometimes we’re working across up to a staggering 800 activation days per weekend!

Our Brand Ambassadors created vibrant, interactive experiences, helping customers discover new products. All whilst driving awareness and sales for these brands. These activations were designed to seamlessly align with Target’s community-centric ethos, leaving lasting impressions on shoppers. Again using Impact, we were able to provide key KPIs and operational data from each of the promotions as well as insights and recommendations. This includes: identifying peak engagement times, optimising staffing schedules, and ensuring seamless alignment with Target’s community-focused ethos.

6. Pokémon Championships: Large-Scale Retail Pop-Ups

Since 2023, Elevate has proudly supported The Trade Group in delivering large-scale Pokémon retail pop-ups across the UK and US, including the Pokémon European and North American International Championships, and the World Championships. Our teams have managed every aspect of the Pokémon Center experience at ExCeL London and beyond, from front-of-house engagement and merchandising to warehouse operations, stock flow, and POS systems.

At the 2025 European International Championships in London, we deployed 150 event staff per day, completing over 900 shifts across live days, training, and logistics. The result: 331,933 consumer engagements, a 9.2/10 audience positivity score, and total sales exceeding £2.5 million across recent global events.

Our on-site teams ensured smooth operations from setup to loadout – overseeing everything from stock logistics and till systems to data capture, lead generation, and staff training. With Impact, we’ve been able to track engagement metrics and footfall data in real time, helping refine layouts and optimise sales flow.

7. KadeWe: Representing Top Brands

Lastly, Kaufhaus des Westens (KaDeWe) is a renowned luxury department store in Berlin, known for its world-class shopping experience.

We’ve provided Brand Ambassadors for various premium brands such as Off-White, L’Oreal and GHD, driving sales and creating high-touch customer experiences. For Off-White, we worked to find highly professional Beauty Advisors to work at their store opening; meanwhile for GHD we recruited and trained beauty personnel to promote their latest products across Germany over several months. The results say it all:

  • GHD: We were live for 481 days, activated across 106 stores, drew over 110k event footfall, and generated €138k+ in sales values.
  • Off-White: Our teams delivered 100% compliance during a 3-month activation, featuring 6 trained Brand Ambassadors.
  • L’Oréal: We supported 30+ group brands across 1,000+ events for over 16 years.

Our team’s product expertise and customer-focused approach helped these brands stand out, ensuring they resonated with KadeWe’s shoppers. Again, by leveraging Impact, we provided detailed insights into activation performance; helping these brands connect with KaDeWe’s clientele.
