Women on Track: How E.STYLE and Hankook Drove Change at Formula E

This July, Elevate is proud to bring purpose and energy to the track as we join forces with E.STYLE to support Hankook Tire’s Girls on Track program at FIA Formula E event, taking place from 11–13 July 2025.

Through this collaboration, we’re championing greater access, opportunity, and visibility for young women in motorsport — and bringing the values of our ElevateHER initiative to life in a powerful way.

Organised by the FIA, Girls on Track is a global initiative designed to inspire girls aged 8–18 by showing them what’s possible within the world of motorsport. From racing and engineering to media, logistics, and event production, the program provides early exposure to the many career paths available — and proves that the industry is open to everyone, regardless of gender.

With Formula E’s dynamic, electric environment as the stage, this initiative delivers hands-on experiences, builds confidence, and helps shape the future of motorsport.

At the core of every memorable experience is a team that brings it to life — and that’s where we come in. As the staffing partner for this exciting initiative, we’re proud to provide dynamic and highly trained brand ambassadors who will play a key role in delivering energy, engagement, and impact across the event.

Our team will execute the photo and game activations, encouraging interaction and excitement among young participants. They’ll also be on hand to welcome guests, guide them through the booth experience, and keep the atmosphere inclusive and inviting throughout the three days.

From managing giveaways and tracking footfal, to supporting light logistics and setup, our ambassadors will ensure the event runs smoothly.

But our team’s role goes beyond logistics. With their energy, empathy, and professionalism, they’ll create a welcoming space where every participant feels seen and supported. By connecting with guests on a personal level, our ambassadors will help make the experience not only smooth, but meaningful — showing young girls that they are welcome and valued in the world of motorsport.

ElevateHER is Elevate’s global initiative to support women in events — from those entering the industry to those leading within it. It was created to remove barriers, increase representation, and provide real career opportunities for women across all levels.

Through programmes like Elevation 2025, as well as female-led projects, targeted recruitment, and brand campaigns, ElevateHER helps build meaningful opportunities that drive lasting impact. Our involvement in Girls on Track is a perfect example of this commitment in action.
