The Reality of Festival Delivery
Festivals present a unique operating environment. Teams are working outdoors for long hours, sometimes in high temperatures or unpredictable weather, while managing large crowds and maintaining brand standards throughout multi-day schedules.
Beyond the front-facing experience, delivery involves careful coordination of accreditation, access times, staff briefings, welfare considerations and compliance with event regulations. Plans often need to flex in real time as footfall patterns shift, schedules change or site conditions evolve.
Our approach focuses on preparing teams for these realities, ensuring they remain adaptable, informed and consistent so the brand experience holds strong from opening gates to the final headline act.
Goodwood Festival of Speed
Elevate has supported BMW since 2022, including representing BMW and MINI at Goodwood Festival of Speed. Our Brand Ambassadors welcomed visitors, shared product knowledge and guided guests through the brand spaces, helping translate a high-performance automotive environment into an accessible, engaging experience.
Operating within a high-footfall motorsport setting required careful coordination of staffing, guest flow and briefing schedules to ensure the space remained welcoming and informative throughout peak periods.
In total, the team engaged more than 41,900 consumers, delivering a busy and impactful presence for BMW.

Revolut Connects with Fans at Rock en Seine
Elevate supported Revolut at Rock en Seine, a multi-day rock music festival in France, with a team of 14 Brand Ambassadors, an Event Manager and on-site support staff. The team managed the Revolut store, ran roaming interactions across the site and shared promo codes with festival goers, maintaining visibility across a large and constantly moving audience.
Working across an expansive festival footprint meant adapting to changing crowd dynamics while ensuring the brand remained present, approachable and operationally smooth throughout the event.
Client feedback praised the enthusiasm and professionalism of Elevate’s staff in a demanding live environment.

Reducing Litter at Festivals - Keep Britain Tidy
Elevate has supported Keep Britain Tidy, providing Brand Ambassadors at major UK festivals and events, providing Brand Ambassadors to engage festival goers in conversations around responsible cigarette disposal while distributing portable ashtrays.
Encouraging behaviour change in a festival environment takes the right tone. Teams focused on starting genuine conversations that felt appropriate to the setting, engaging people without interrupting their experience or the flow of the event.
Across the campaign, our Brand Ambassadors engaged over 19,000 people and distributed more than 15,000 ashtrays, supporting Keep Britain Tidy’s environmental goals.

NIVEA at Pangea Festival
Elevate supported NIVEA’S activation at Pangea, an electronic music festival in Germany, delivering a full festival team at short notice to bring the brand to life. Festival staff welcomed visitors, distributed giveaways and created an energetic presence aligned with the festival’s atmosphere.
With a condensed lead time, rapid recruitment, training and coordination were essential to ensure the team arrived fully prepared and aligned with the brand’s expectations. Through strong organisation and on-site teamwork, the activation ran smoothly and received excellent feedback.

Sonic Drive-In at Bonnaroo
Elevate supported Sonic-Drive-In’s activation at the Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival providing a team of 16 festival staff to help run the brand’s immersive experience. Brand Ambassadors guided visitors through the “Sonic Drive-In Range” mini golf activity and hosted the Snack Shack, creating a fun, interactive space for festival goers.
Outdoor summer conditions and long operating hours required careful planning around staff rotations, welfare and queue management to maintain a positive and energetic experience throughout the day. The result was a welcoming, high-engagement space that consistently drew crowds.
