Hi Yasmin, welcome to Elevate Global Germany! First things first—tell us a little bit about yourself.

“I grew up in rural Portugal before moving to the UK at the age of 10. From a young age, I’ve always had a strong passion for helping people, which led me to study law at university, followed by a master’s and the LPC. During the pandemic, I took the opportunity to broaden my skills and explore operations and management — a move that ultimately brought me to my current role at Elevate. Outside of work, I’m a huge dog lover! My husband and I spend our weekends caring for dogs, and it’s one of the highlights of our week.”

What drew you to Elevate?

“I was drawn to Elevate because of its unwavering commitment to creating meaningful human connections and its dedication to fostering growth and development. Elevate’s emphasis on inclusivity, collaboration, and delivering excellence in every endeavor resonated deeply with me. The company’s global reach, combined with its local relevance, showcased its ability to connect people with brands effectively.

What’s your vision for Elevate Germany moving forward?

“My vision for Elevate Germany is to continue building a team that champions innovation, inclusivity, and excellence — while delivering unforgettable brand experiences. I want us to become the go-to agency for clients who value not just high-impact activations, but meaningful human connections. We’ll focus on expanding our local presence while staying rooted in Elevate’s global mission: creating purposeful, people-first experiences. Elevate Germany has the potential to lead in sustainable, diverse, and forward-thinking staffing solutions — and I’m excited to grow that legacy.”

How do you personally stay inspired and motivated, especially during busy seasons?

“For me, staying inspired comes down to two things: purpose and people. I remind myself why I do what I do — helping create meaningful, people-led experiences really energises me, especially when I see the impact firsthand. I also find motivation in the incredible teams I work with. Collaborating with passionate, driven individuals always lifts me up, even during the busiest times. Outside of work, spending time with my husband and the dogs we care for gives me balance, perspective, and a fresh sense of energy.”

What advice would you give to someone starting their career in the live events or staffing industry today?

“Be adaptable, stay curious, and never underestimate the power of good communication. The live events and staffing industry moves fast — things change on the fly, so being flexible and solution-focused is key. Build strong relationships early on; this is a people-first industry, and those connections will take you far. Also, don’t be afraid to ask questions or put yourself forward — every event is a learning opportunity, and confidence grows with experience. Most importantly, enjoy the ride — it’s a vibrant, high-energy world where no two days are the same.”
