Global Support for American Vintage’s In-Store Activation

A fun, in-store experience for Mother’s and Father’s Day, supported by brand ambassadors across six countries.

What We Did

To mark Mother’s Day and Father’s Day, American Vintage ran an in-store claw machine activation offering customers the chance to win exclusive gifts – from socks to discount vouchers. Elevate Global provided staffing support across six countries, bringing energy and consistency to each location.

How We Did It

We deployed 10 brand ambassadors across stores in the UK, France, Spain, the Netherlands, Ireland, and the US – one per location. The team supported customers with using the claw machine, restocked prizes where needed, and collected data in select stores. While there were a few logistical hiccups with the machines themselves, the activation ran smoothly and showcased our ability to deliver consistent, well-managed campaigns across multiple markets.
