Aramco – Fuel the Future at Formula 1

International staffing for Aramco activations at Formula 1

Delivering consistent, high-quality staffing for Aramco’s Fan Zone activations across the global Formula 1 calendar, supporting multiple agency partners over two consecutive years.

What We Did

2025 marked our second year supporting Aramco’s Formula 1 activations, delivering Brand Ambassadors and specialist survey staff across international Grand Prix locations.

Across the wider F1 calendar, we provided staffing at 13 races including Hungary, Belgium, Azerbaijan, Brazil, Japan, Shanghai, Monza, Silverstone, Spain, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Austin. Our teams represented Aramco within Fan Zone spaces, engaging fans, guiding them through interactive experiences, managing prize distribution and ensuring a consistent brand presence.

In parallel, we partnered with Octagon for the first time, supporting Aramco Fan Zone activations at six races: Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Spain, the UK, Monza and Austin. Alongside fan engagement roles, we also delivered dedicated survey staff to support Aramco’s on-site market research.

How We Did It

Working closely with agency partners across regions, including Octagon and Crunch Communications in Aramco’s first year at F1, we deployed well-briefed, brand-aligned teams capable of handling high fan volumes with confidence and energy. Clear role separation between engagement and data capture ensured smooth fan flow, accurate insight collection and a strong, immersive brand experience at every touchpoint.

Crunch Communications praised our delivery, saying: “Your professionalism, great attitude and timing has been amazing this weekend, so 10/10 feedback from my side.”
