British brewery Beavertown is best known for its range of craft beers, so on launching its very first lager, it wanted to get it into the hands of as many potential customers as possible.
Having experienced issues with a previous agency, Beavertown approached Eleveate to regain trust in the event staffing industry. We quickly sprung into action, reviewing our strong database of BAs across the country, planning the most geographically-friendly journey plan and pulled together suitable logistical support to help get the tour up and running across the UK. Our teams took to the Beavertown Bones bikes, handing out over 7,200 pints and encouraging customers to take part in a ‘spin to win’ competition.
We also kept the client informed with daily status updates (which became weekly after gaining client confidence), discussing bar selections and assisting with any changes that came up when certain outlets were unavailable. Elevate took a flustered situation, understood the client’s exact requirements, and delivered an incredibly successful activation.
