Delivering a seamless internal B2B event experience in Liverpool

What we did

BMW Fast Start was a major internal B2B event held at the ACC Arena Centre in Liverpool for BMW staff and retailers. The event spanned two days and consisted of daytime conference sessions and evening activities. During the day, our team of Brand Ambassadors managed the conference, welcoming delegates, assisting with check-ins, guiding them to different sessions, and troubleshooting any issues. In the evening, our staff provided support at five local hotels during check-ins and then directed the delegates to the arena for an awards ceremony, where they also assisted with award distribution.

How we did it

To ensure the smooth execution of the event, specific teams were designated for each part of the program. The use of experienced staff members, with many familiar faces from BMW’s staffing pool, contributed to the overall success of the event.
