Representing both BMW and MINI at Goodwood Festival of Speed, our event team brought huge energy and dynamism to the historic event during a year of heightened significance, with the brand having honour of the marque.
Our event management structure and development of a true BMW community helped this event to be truly successful. Ensuring we had the right staff in the right roles was of high importance, with the event managers being crucial to this.
The staffing brief was complex, in that we both inherited staff from previous BMW events, onboarded 40+ new staff to the brand from the Elevate preferred pool, and then also managed BMW volunteers on site. When casting the ideal team, staff having a passion for cars and the brand was key.
