What We Did

Since 2022, Elevate Global has played a key role in providing specialist event staffing for BMW and MINI activations at a wide range of high-profile events across the UK. We built a reliable and experienced team of Brand Ambassadors trained specifically to represent the BMW and MINI brands. Training was delivered by Elevate HQ, covering everything from product knowledge, including vehicle specs, features, and sponsorships, to guest engagement and on-site expectations, ensuring every team member was confident and well-prepared.

How We Did It

Elevate has supported BMW and MINI at some of the UK’s most high-profile events, including the PGA Championships, Frieze Festival, Goodwood Revival, and Goodwood Festival of Speed. For each activation, we provided tailored pre-event training materials and ensured the same experienced Senior Event Managers were in place across all key events – bringing consistency, leadership, and a focus on high-quality delivery every time. Feedback from key stakeholders has been consistently positive. Following our support at the Company Car in Action event, a BMW account manager shared: “All of the Elevate staff were amazing and handled the booking desks like absolute pros.”
