Our team of Brand Ambassadors worked together to ensure event success at a 4 day conference

What We Did

We provided a strong team of Brand Ambassadors and a Team Lead to support our client at a conference for Motor Insurers’ Bureau taking place at the majestic De Vere Hotel in Windsor across 4 days. Our event staff were tasked with roles such as manning the registration desk, welcoming VIP guests, handing over room keys and name badges and wayfinding for guests in the hotel. Our staff reminded attendees to download the app linked to the event to follow the agenda.

How We Did It

At some point, the delegates went for a gala dinner at Hampton Court Palace and our team assisted guests to board the coach. On the final day our Brand Ambassadors helped to facilitate a farewell lunch and ensured guests departed safely from their coaches at Windsor castle. There is parking for the staff at the hotel. Our client was delighted with our work stating “(they were) Quite possibly the best Brand Ambassadors I’ve ever worked with.”
