Elevate & eBay: Driving Collector Commerce at the F1 Fanzone

Supporting a guided, high-engagement brand journey for eBay at a major Formula 1 race, delivering specialist staffing for a premium, conversion-led activation designed by Events House.

What We Did

At the Austin Grand Prix, we supplied a dedicated Event Manager / Team Lead and a team of Brand Ambassadors to staff eBay’s collector-focused activation stand.

The experience was designed as a point-to-point journey, with staff guiding fans through race-themed collectibles, online auctions and purchasing opportunities. Our team engaged fans in conversation, supported digital interaction and captured data via iPads, while ensuring smooth crowd flow and clear storytelling throughout the space.

The Event Manager acted as on-site lead, coordinating breaks, managing delivery on the stand and serving as the main client contact.

How We Did It

We selected communicative, commercially minded Brand Ambassadors with a natural interest in collecting and online marketplaces. Through clear briefing, defined customer journeys and strong on-site leadership, our teams delivered a confident, informed experience that encouraged exploration, data capture and online purchasing, helping eBay connect authentically with F1 fans in a high-traffic environment.
