At the Austin Grand Prix, we supplied a dedicated Event Manager / Team Lead and a team of Brand Ambassadors to staff eBay’s collector-focused activation stand.
The experience was designed as a point-to-point journey, with staff guiding fans through race-themed collectibles, online auctions and purchasing opportunities. Our team engaged fans in conversation, supported digital interaction and captured data via iPads, while ensuring smooth crowd flow and clear storytelling throughout the space.
The Event Manager acted as on-site lead, coordinating breaks, managing delivery on the stand and serving as the main client contact.
