Elevate Global x stichd: Trackside Retail Staffing at F1 Singapore

As part of our five-year partnership with stichd, a PUMA Group company, we deliver trackside retail staffing for the Singapore Grand Prix at the Marina Bay Street Circuit – Formula 1’s iconic night race, known for its heat, humidity, and intensity.

What We Do

Across the 2024 and 2025 seasons, we delivered 400+ staff shifts across 7 live race days in Singapore, supporting high-volume, official Formula 1 trackside retail operations.

Our teams managed front-of-house retail, customer engagement, and sales within a fast-paced environment where precision and pace matter. With late-night trading under floodlights and consistently warm, humid conditions, the race presents unique operational and physical challenges. Despite this, our retail teams maintained strong service standards and consistent coverage across peak trading periods, ensuring fans experienced a seamless, premium shopping journey throughout both race weekends.

How We Do It

Delivery combined Elevate’s global oversight with targeted local recruitment. We sourced experienced retail professionals accustomed to high-footfall live events and provided structured brand briefings to ensure alignment with stichd’s standards.

Careful shift planning was critical. With 400+ shifts delivered across two seasons, rota management focused on stamina, welfare, and maintaining performance during long, late-night live days. Dedicated on-site leadership ensured smooth operations, quick issue resolution, and consistent execution across all 7 race days.

The result is a retail staffing model built for scale and intensity – proven across two seasons at one of Formula 1’s most demanding races.
