Formula E Berlin 2025 – Hankook Tires hosts Fan Village and Girls on Track

An engaging and inspiring activation around women’s role in motorsport

What We Did

In July 2025, Hankook Tires, main sponsor of Formula E, activated two key spaces at the Tempelhofer Feld circuit in Berlin: the Fan Village and Girls on Track, a programme dedicated to promoting women in motorsport. Our mission was to deploy a proactive, engaging team to animate these spaces, deliver the brand’s key messages, and create a memorable experience for a diverse audience.

How We Did It

Thirteen promoters, recruited through a process combining screening, phone interviews, and a final client interview, received training on safety, Hankook products, and the Formula E universe. On-site, they ran interactive stations (games, photo booth), managed visitor flow and giveaway logistics, invited attendees to take part, and recorded interaction numbers. Despite cold, rainy weather and several last-minute cancellations, we quickly brought in new profiles to maintain full coverage. The event ended with highly positive client feedback, praising our presence, reactivity, and the commitment of several standout promoters.
