Thirteen promoters, recruited through a process combining screening, phone interviews, and a final client interview, received training on safety, Hankook products, and the Formula E universe. On-site, they ran interactive stations (games, photo booth), managed visitor flow and giveaway logistics, invited attendees to take part, and recorded interaction numbers. Despite cold, rainy weather and several last-minute cancellations, we quickly brought in new profiles to maintain full coverage. The event ended with highly positive client feedback, praising our presence, reactivity, and the commitment of several standout promoters.
