For Google Partner Excite, Elevate partnered with Amplify to support the
delivery of Reclaim the Moment, an immersive event bringing Pixel technology and Google AI to life.

What We Did

This event invited guests to step away from everyday distractions and into an environment designed to bring them into the present moment.

Our team supported the full guest journey, managing registration and wayfinding to ensure attendees moved smoothly through the event and between sessions. They managed coffee distribution, prepared and packed goody bags, assisted with session preparation throughout the day and also supported the wider environment, helping create a welcoming and professional atmosphere for guests.

How We Did It

With multiple sessions, demonstrations and guest touchpoints taking place throughout the day, clear coordination and flexibility were key. Our team worked closely with the wider event team to manage guest flow, prepare spaces between sessions and ensure each stage of the programme was ready on time. Through seamless hospitality and attentive operational support, we helped Amplify bring the Reclaim the Moment concept to life while allowing guests to focus on discovering Pixel technology and Google’s latest AI capabilities through interactive demonstrations, product storytelling and hands-on discovery.
