Powering JD Sports' Portaloop activation at Reading and Leeds Festival

Our team of dynamic event staff delighted festivalgoers and kept the energy high at this immersive pop-up

What We Did

At the energetic Reading and Leeds Festival, we partnered with we are is!n to deliver an immersive ‘Portaloop’ activation over the weekend on behalf of sports retail giant – JD Sports. Moreover, the activation had a bespoke design – appearing as a blog of portaloos from the outside, but on the inside the space featured an immersive DJ space. JD provided a roster of DJs to perform here creating moments of connection for all festival attendees.

How We Did It

Additionally, in the queue for this activation, guests were able to take part in giveaways based on their movement score as well as visit the JD Sports Corner Shop from an external kiosk window where they can snap their festival fits. We provided a team of 5 Brand Ambassadors (including 1 break cover) and 1 Event Manager at both Reading and Leeds locations (covering 42 shifts in total over 3 live dates) to overall to cover facilitate the entire activation ensuring it was a safe and enjoyable environment for all. The team also kept the buzz high by distributing prizes to winners.
