What We Did
At LIV Golf Mexico, Elevate supported the full guest experience across seven days – covering check-in, welcome teams, VIP hospitality, merchandise, and a dynamic hype crew. With 100 staff carefully selected for their local knowledge, professionalism, and energy, we helped create an atmosphere that resonated with fans and stayed true to the spirit of the event’s location.
How We Did It
We prioritised local recruitment, selecting staff who understood regional expectations and could deliver with authenticity. Each team member received targeted training, both online and in person, tailored to their role and the event’s unique needs. Working in close collaboration with the client’s on-site teams, we adapted quickly to real-time changes and delivered a consistently high standard of service rooted in cultural relevance.
