To celebrate the milestone of reaching 1 million Perks members, LNER launched a station-based brand activation to thank loyal customers and welcome new ones.

What We Did

LNER partnered with us to deliver an engaging on-the-ground campaign in high-footfall areas of Newcastle and York stations. Our Brand Ambassadors stood alongside an eye-catching backdrop and branded carts we produced, connecting with passersby, handing out chocolate bars, and encouraging participation in the fun. They also promoted LNER Perks sign-ups directly, using iPads and QR codes to make joining quick and easy.

How We Did It

To add excitement, a handful of “golden tickets” were hidden inside select bars, giving 8 lucky winners and a guest the chance to enjoy First Class or Standard Class tickets along the LNER route. Our Brand Ambassadors created a lively, welcoming atmosphere, engaging with both existing members and new customers to deliver a memorable brand experience.
