Merrell at Citadium with Elevate UK

A seamless in-store activation at Printemps Haussmann.

What We Did

As part of a collaboration with Citadium and Le Printemps, outdoor footwear brand Merrell partnered with Elevate UK to launch a high-visibility retail activation at the iconic Printemps Haussmann department store in Paris, from May 6 to June 1, 2025. The goal? Promote the brand and its latest products to a young, urban, trend-conscious audience, while delivering a premium customer experience.

How We Did It

Elevate sourced and deployed 2 experienced Brand Ambassadors, hand-picked from our database for their retail expertise and alignment with Merrell’s values. A hybrid training approach was used, combining a one-hour online session prior to the activation with on-site coaching on the first day to ensure full readiness. Despite heightened security checks at the store entrance — which caused some delays — the Elevate team acted swiftly. A direct call with the client helped smooth out the process and ease access for staff, ensuring the campaign ran seamlessly.
