We deployed two event managers, three team leaders, and 45 brand ambassadors, with several team members selected for their prior Cannes experience to provide continuity and confidence in delivery. Teams were carefully coordinated across both locations to welcome guests, guide audiences through the spaces, manage the flow of activity, support gifting moments, and assist with content capture, including activation areas such as the skate park.
Despite high temperatures and a demanding schedule, all 315 shifts were delivered smoothly, maintaining consistent brand representation and a high standard of engagement throughout the week.
