What We Did
Since 2019, Elevate has supported brand activations at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, providing experienced event staff to represent global technology companies including Meta and Salesforce. Most recently, our team supported Meta’s presence at the event, managing a dedicated invite-only space for employees and guests. Acting as the face of the brand, our staff welcomed attendees, managed guest check-in and badge scanning, verified wristbands for access control, and guided visitors throughout the space and product demo areas.
How We Did It
Our team was carefully briefed to deliver a premium guest experience in a fast-paced, high-profile environment. Staff balanced operational responsibilities with warm, professional hospitality, ensuring guests felt welcomed and supported throughout their visit. With clear coordination, strong communication and attention to detail, the team maintained a smooth flow of guests while upholding the high standards expected at one of the world’s most influential technology events.
