We recruited a passionate team of Nespresso ambassadors, recruited by city rather than store for a truly mobile workforce thus maximising the compliance instore.
We implemented motivational and reward strategies which included – A five star programme that supported a continuous improvement mind-set and a tool to evaluate performance – An annual conference for team training – Rewarding high performance and continuously motivating the team using internal and financial incentives – An aspirational tiered ambassador structure which increased retention and ensured ambassadors were paid accordingly for their proven knowledge and skills
