What We Did

We recruited a passionate team of Nespresso ambassadors, recruited by city rather than store for a truly mobile workforce thus maximising the compliance instore.

How We Did It

We implemented motivational and reward strategies which included, a five star programme that supported a continuous improvement mind-set and a tool to evaluate performance , an annual conference for team training , rewarding high performance and continuously motivating the team using internal and financial incentives​ , an aspirational tiered ambassador structure which increased retention and ensured ambassadors were paid accordingly for their proven knowledge and skills .
