We recruited and deployed 158 highly skilled retail staff through a multi-channel strategy, retaining 84 long-term team members to ensure continuity and performance. Talent was carefully selected for premium retail experience, sales capability and confidence handling complex product portfolios.
Comprehensive training underpinned success, including two in-person Nespresso training sessions and ongoing online and in-store refreshers. Clear role allocation, performance monitoring and a robust reserve pool allowed us to maintain 92% coverage even during peak demand and last-minute changes. By combining strong workforce planning with premium talent, we helped Nespresso strengthen retail presence, boost conversion and elevate the in-store customer experience.
