What We Did

At NVIDIA GTC in San Jose, we deployed over 180 trained event staff to support one of the world’s most influential AI conferences. With thousands of attendees moving through a fast-paced, high-volume environment, our teams played a key role in maintaining structure, flow, and a positive guest experience across the event.

Our staff were positioned across registration, wayfinding, line management, and directional support, helping attendees navigate the venue, access sessions efficiently, and move smoothly through key event spaces. In an environment where speed, clarity, and professionalism mattered, our team brought a calm and capable presence on the ground.

How We Did It
