Over the course of six days, 75 staff members per day were deployed across key operational teams:
• Airport Team: the first point of contact for guests upon arrival in Munich.
• Coach Hosts: escorting guests between the airport, hotels, and event venues, ensuring smooth logistics and clear communication with drivers.
• Hotel Team: managing welcome desks in partner hotels, assisting with check-ins, distributing hospitality passes and welcome gifts.
• Event Team: welcoming and guiding guests across PepCity’s main event sites, providing information and support.
• Wayfinding Team: assisting at the stadium to optimise crowd flow and reinforce wayfinding during match day.
Despite some logistical challenges, the coordination was widely praised for its professionalism, positive energy, and overall efficiency.
