Elevate worked with Selfridges to build a pool of trained experts to act as client facing, high end concierge, with customer service at the heart of their responsibilities.
Selfridges wanted a team to be on hand to support loyal customers with explanations of where their desired brand / section was now based. The position evolved over time, with the hosts becoming a more consistent resource to support full time personnel. They knew they could trust Elevate to supply the right people.
Selfridges have high standards and expectations on who should be representing them on their shop floor. There is a 2-x day accreditation process, which only happens post a successful candidate being agreed via a detailed recruitment and profiling process. We sourced, maintained, trained and up-skilled over 60 x staff who became the Selfridges ‘pool’ of staff.
