Netflix invited fans to discover the upside down at the Cirque d’Hiver Bouglione, with Stranger Things Festival, from 26 to 29 May 2022.
Elevate France was in charge of the entire reception and entertainment facilities to cover the 1,000 square meters of space during the launch party (guests and VIPs) and the 4-day festival (general public). Among the activities offered to the fans, a real immersion in the heart of the 80’s (almost like in the series): cheerleading, roller disco, make-up workshop, challenges at the arcade terminals..
Team management and timing were absolutely crucial in order to meet the schedule of 45-minute sessions. Throughout the event, our team on the ground carried out the following tasks: reception, ticket control and management of ticketing problems, orientation, flow management, presentation and supervision of activities, team management, etc.
