What We Did

For the first edition of SXSW London, Elevate Global partnered with Blink Tech, Inc. to deliver comprehensive onsite support across multiple venues. Over the course of seven days, a dedicated team of 20 event staff per day completed more then 150 shifts across three key locations: Shoreditch Studios, The Hoxton Hub, and The Truman Hub. Our responsibilities included badge printing, app troubleshooting, and floating tech support, all aimed at ensuring a seamless experience for thousands of attendees.

How We Did It

Led by an experienced Event Manger, our team served as the first line of support at every entry point, responding quickly to access issues and offering real-time assistance. Our staff were trained to be proactive problem solvers, ready to adapt to the needs of a fast-paced and high-profile event. The client praised the Elevate team, fondly referred to as the “blue shirts,” for their knowledge, helpfulness, and warm hospitality throughout the week.
