What We Did

Across several years and cities – including Rome (2020), Venice (2023), Barcelona (2024), and St Tropez (2025) – Elevate provided a team of grid staff to support this luxury rally. In 2023, we deployed 70 trained staff; in 2025, that number rose to 87 to match the event’s growth. Our team managed over 60 supercars, greeting drivers with personalised name boards, handling valet logistics, and ensuring a seamless check-in and key handover process. From zero-wait welcomes in Venice and St Tropez to staying upbeat through a severe storm in 2025, our staff delivered consistently high standards of service.

How We Did It

An Elevate Account Manager joined the route to run tailored training and act as on-the-ground support. Our on-site teams combined sharp presentation with concierge-level attention, while a central HQ team provided welfare oversight and quality control throughout.
