We delivered a trained team of 16 staff, including Event Managers, Team Leaders, and Brand Ambassadors, responsible for product demos, sales, and brand storytelling. 98 shifts were completed in total by our event staff; from training and logistics to stock control and daily KPI reporting. We managed every detail — overcoming challenges like extreme weather, remote transport, missing uniforms, and last-minute venue changes to ensure a smooth, standout activation and generating a total sales value of €37,185,38 for our client.
