What We Did

To support Uber’s launch of its Electric Bikes and dockless scooter-sharing system at SXSW, we partnered with ENTER to provide a team of Brand Ambassadors. These health and fitness enthusiasts engaged with attendees, demonstrating how to unlock bikes via the Uber app, directing them to nearby docking stations, and highlighting the benefits of this convenient, eco-friendly transport option.

How We Did It

Our team underwent extensive training to ensure in-depth knowledge of both the service and technology. This allowed them to confidently educate and assist festival-goers.
