What We Did

Our team managed the Vodafone experience at Wimbledon’s for 14 days, partnering with Capital FM for a 5-day live broadcast which including a ‘Breakfast Buddy’ segment. Competitions were held, and the broadcast studio transformed into an immersive space for the Vodafone 360 photo op. We engaged queuers, organised merchandise competitions, and offered phone charging. Daily ticket giveaways and a chance to win 2024 Wimbledon tickets were also featured.

How We Did It

Through collaborative efforts, we maintained a dynamic presence despite early starts, ensuring participant engagement. Interactive strategies sustained high excitement levels. We adjusted to challenging weather conditions, contributing to an estimated 115,000 attendees during the event. A strict compliance approach ensured a smooth experience. Our four-member team, consisting of an event manager and three brand ambassadors, effectively managed footfall, competitions, and merchandise distribution, achieving significant results.
