Elevate at WEF Davos: Trusted since 2023

Supporting Bloomberg, Aramco and Zurich with high-calibre hospitality teams at one of the world’s most high-profile global gatherings

What We Did

Since 2023, Elevate has supported brands and agency partners at WEF Davos with experienced hospitality and Brand Ambassador teams.

Our work includes multi-day hospitality at Bloomberg House, private receptions for Aramco and brand engagement at Zurich House. Across these environments, our teams manage everything from guest welcome, registration and navigation to cloakrooms, event hospitality and promotional activity.

How We Did It

We recruit experienced profiles suited to each brief, including multilingual team members where required, and prepare them through dedicated pre-event training and briefing. For Bloomberg House, this has included adapting quickly to schedule changes right up to the event while maintaining a consistent level of service across multiple spaces and formats.

For high-level receptions such as Aramco’s, professionalism and discretion are critical. Experienced team leadership and clear briefing ensure staff understand guest protocols, registration requirements and the expectations of the environment before going live.

Davos itself adds another layer of complexity, from challenging winter conditions to local logistics and long operational days. Our combination of careful recruitment, preparation and responsive on-site management allows our teams to adapt while keeping the guest experience smooth and professional.
