At Elevate Global, we’re committed to celebrating the women shaping the future of our industry. As part of our ElevateHER initiative, we’ve launched the Women in Events feature – a spotlight series that shares the journeys, achievements, and impact of women driving change in events.
One of those stories is Nikki Serenity, a model, actress, influencer, and brand ambassador.
Nikki’s Journey into Events
Nikki Serenity has built a varied career spanning modelling, brand work, and live events. Since 2018, she’s become a familiar face at activations across the US – known for her reliability, energy, and the way she connects with people on-site.
Her path hasn’t been straightforward. Having faced depression, anxiety, and periods of homelessness, Nikki has built her career on resilience and self-belief.
“No matter how dark a place you’re in, there’s a light at the end of the tunnel – even if you can’t see it yet,” she says.
That experience has shaped how she approaches her work, with empathy, focus, and determination.
Beyond Events
Nikki quickly earned a reputation as a reliable and driven brand ambassador. From lead generation and product sampling for brands like Jägermeister to concerts and festivals, she brings energy and professionalism to every project.
“I’ve been made team lead numerous times because I show up early, work hard, and exceed goals,” Nikki explains.
A standout moment was a Honda activation where the team target was 25 leads per person – Nikki achieved 53. Her ability to combine enthusiasm with measurable results has made her a trusted name across activations.
Alongside her event work, Nikki has built a wide-ranging creative career. She’s been published in over 100 magazines, including 14 covers, and has appeared in films, shows, billboards, music videos, fashion shows, and album artwork. She’s collaborated with artists like Nelly, Jay E, Murphy Lee, and Kyjuan, and featured on Dr. Phil and The Daily Mail.
“I still get to do all this creative stuff while supporting it with my event work,” Nikki shares.
“When I was younger, I never imagined I’d be this confident, successful woman with so many achievements.”

What Drives Nikki
For Nikki, events are about more than the job itself, they’ve been a source of purpose and personal growth.
“I started out not seeing myself in a positive light, but events gave me direction and the chance to develop professionally and personally,” she says.
Balancing her creative projects with event work allows her to do what she loves while continuing to grow. Her story shows how self-belief and consistency can change what’s possible.

Final Thoughts
Nikki Serenity’s story is one of determination, adaptability, and creative energy. From overcoming challenges to thriving across multiple careers, she’s proof that success doesn’t follow a straight path, it’s built through persistence and passion.
