At Elevate, our people are our greatest strength. Our success depends on attracting and keeping the best talent in the industry, and supporting them to grow. That’s why we go beyond basic skills training, offering a holistic approach to personal and professional development. This approach helps us engage authentically, spark innovation, expand cultural awareness, and build a sustainable future for Elevate.

In response to the challenges event staff faced during the pandemic, we launched #ElevatingPeople, a global training program designed for our employees. We surveyed more than 60,000 Brand Ambassadors worldwide, including thousands here in the US, to learn how we could best support them. The top request? Opportunities for self-improvement.

Working with industry experts, we’ve developed customized training that reflects our purpose commitments and focuses on priority areas identified by our people – sustainability and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) – along with our Code of Conduct, which outlines the standards we expect on every assignment.

How is the training structured?

The training is available on Typeform, which doesn’t require an account or sign-in. You’ll start with a 15-minute instructional video, followed by a 5-minute quiz to check your understanding. The quiz provides interactive feedback – if you answer incorrectly, you’ll be prompted to try again. You can retake questions as many times as needed until you achieve a 100% pass rate.

How can I access the training?

Once you’re booked for an assignment, you’ll start receiving daily reminder emails from [email protected] until you complete the training. The link in the email takes you directly to the course on Typeform.

How long does the training take?

The full training takes about 15–20 minutes to complete, and you only need to do it once.

Who do I speak to if I’ve got a problem with accessing the course?

What if I’ve already completed this course?

If you’ve completed the module on Typeform but are still getting reminder emails, please contact [email protected] with your full name and the email address you used to register in our database. A team member will look into it for you.
