Continuously innovating, our Impact team is thrilled to announce our latest enhancement. Across our markets in the US, UK, and EU, we’ve launched Capture Every Staff Day (CESD) – a new initiative powered by our in-house staffing management system, 1CRM. Here’s what you need to know:
What is Capture Every Staff Day and why are we doing this?
Previously, only the most senior event professionals per event would complete our Impact End of Shift survey. This consists of a series of questions on the event such as total footfall, event success score and consumer feedback. From now on, this will be completed by every staff member on-site – allowing for a more holistic response to the overall success of an event.
With our new Elevate 1CRM app, our field staff can now manage work on the go – checking in and out of shifts and completing end of shift surveys on how the event went. This streamlines the entire process and means we’re able to track things such as compliance.
By doing this, we can also standardise data collection across all our projects, and as a result, we can offer more key insights on the performance of activation types.
How will data be captured?
Every Brand Ambassador is trained to gather accurate, relevant, and consistent insights using company-provided devices. They also receive detailed guidance on each survey question, ensuring clarity and precision. Our staffing teams emphasize to all event staff how their data contributes to improving operational efficiency, sharpening marketing strategies, and elevating the consumer experience.
Additionally, this process helps improve the staff experience by identifying areas for enhancement, ensuring team members leave every event feeling satisfied. Each survey takes about 3 minutes to complete and is submitted just before the staff member checks out of their shift.

What happens to the data when it’s been collected?
For every event, we provide clients with a basic end-of-campaign report that offers a snapshot of what Impact can deliver. This report, prepared by our Impact team, is sent approximately three days after the campaign concludes.
How does Impact work?
Impact combines two key data sources – Consumer Intelligence and Live Event Intelligence – into one powerful platform. Live Event Intelligence, fueled by insights gathered through CESD by our network of Brand Ambassadors worldwide, measures the effectiveness of your brand experience campaigns in real time.
