Delivering a second year of high-impact fan engagement across Expo, Fan Fest and city-wide activations

What We Did

For a second consecutive year, we supported Bank of America’s presence at the Boston Marathon, delivering a scaled, multi-location activation across the Expo, Fan Fest and key city venues.

Our team of 40+ Brand Ambassadors and Team Leaders managed a wide range of responsibilities—from guiding attendees through immersive installations and facilitating charity-led engagement moments, to operating high-energy game environments and overseeing premium distribution.

We supported key experiences including interactive video walls, cheer sign stations, photo opportunities, and large-scale fan engagement zones, ensuring every touchpoint ran smoothly while maintaining a consistent, premium brand presence.

How We Did It

Success came from combining detailed operational planning with confident, people-first delivery on the ground.

Our teams were trained to manage high footfall environments, adapt to live event conditions, and create engaging, positive interactions at scale. From controlling participant flow and managing queues to driving engagement with activations and supporting charitable initiatives, every role contributed to a seamless experience.
