What We Did

Barcel USA partnered with Elevate to execute a bold, multi-phase Takis sampling campaign that began at LA Galaxy summer 2025 matches and has now expanded to major college sporting events nationwide. The MLS leg distributed 80,000 samples across eight home games, creating a strong presence among 80,000+ fans. Building on that success, the program now targets six universities, aiming to deliver 2.8 million samples across football and basketball seasons, engaging tens of thousands of students and sports fans.

How We Did It

Elevate acted as full operational partner for both phases – handling staffing, project management, storage, truck rentals, expense tracking, and direct venue coordination. MLS matches used teams of 10 staff, while college events deploy tailored crews for each sport, with leads managing transport, set-up, team breaks, and reporting. Across more than 90 shifts and 40 staff nationwide, Elevate delivers consistent, high-energy brand representation, meticulous inventory tracking, and detailed post-event reporting to keep Takis’ sampling footprint impactful and professional.
