What We Did

Elevate was asked to provide labor staff, brand ambassadors, and security to manage the Benefit Fan Fest Mascara launch that’s been going viral on TikTok at certain Ulta Beauty locations. We didn’t have a large brand ambassador base in some of the areas, so to ensure a healthy supply of event staff, we carried out recruitment across all the different locations.

How We Did It

We worked around the clock to provide client support and fulfill as many requests as we could. To set up staff for success, we had virtual training calls to go over all the items and requirements of our team to better prepare them. Overall, the client was extremely grateful for the consistent support and updates we were able to provide. We will also be supporting them at Benefit activations in the UK and EU.
