Bringing leading beauty and personal care brands to life in-store at scale since 2021

What We Did

Elevate has partnered with Brand Connections since 2021 to support Target’s ongoing “Beauty Spotlight Events” – a nationwide program designed to drive in-store visibility and engagement for top beauty and personal care brands. These include Aveeno, Method, Garnier, Revlon, Dove, Maybelline, No7, Neutrogena, and Crest. The program spans more than 2,000 Target stores, giving brands the opportunity to meet shoppers at the point of purchase and encourage real-time product trial.

How We Did It

Our trained retail event staff activate across up to 1,500 stores per quarter, showcasing featured products and speaking confidently about their benefits. Shoppers are offered samples, introduced to offers redeemable on Target.com, and encouraged to try something new – all while building positive brand associations and supporting conversion in-store. In 2022 alone, the partnership generated over 300,000 engagements and contributed to more than 50,000 incremental beauty product sales – a strong indicator of the long-term value of the initiative.
