What We Did

Elevate partnered with Dana Twyman Productions to deliver Microsoft’s Coffee with Copilot program, initially launched as a two-part nationwide activation across 20 Best Buy stores, executed simultaneously over the summer months. Designed to complement live Copilot PC demos, we deployed 20 trained hospitality Brand Ambassadors to create a welcoming, high-energy in-store experience. Following strong early performance and measurable retail impact, the program expanded to additional stores and was extended through December, scaling its footprint and deepening engagement nationwide.

How We Did It

Brand Ambassadors arrived early to set up branded coffee cooler carts, greet customers with fresh coffee samples and manage traffic flow around demo areas, while handling ice pickup, inventory tracking and maintaining a polished footprint. Working closely with Microsoft demo leads, they shared La Colombe flavor insights and supported seamless customer journeys around the Copilot experience. From Union Square in Manhattan to San Diego, Miami Beach and Minneapolis, the activation demonstrated how thoughtful hospitality can elevate tech demos, drive engagement and build lasting consumer connections at scale.
