What We Did
For the third consecutive year, Elevate partnered with Kilowatt Events to support the prestigious ESPY Awards in Hollywood, California. Across 2023, 2024, and 2025, our team played a key role in guiding VIP attendees through their red carpet experience and representing the ESPN brand.
How We Did It
A team of 15 brand ambassadors, supported by two team leads and two backup BAs, covered key guest touchpoints. From welcoming arrivals at the Dolby Theater to managing red carpet navigation and transportation, our staff delivered a smooth, premium experience while remaining on hand for any guest service needs in a high-profile environment.
