Elevate & Events House: Powering Fan Experiences Across the F1 Circuit

Supporting premium fan activations across two major F1 races, delivering specialist staffing for Events House’s Fanzone and branded partner experiences.

What We Did

Partnering with Events House for the Austin and Vegas GPs, Elevate provided MCs, Team Leads, Brand Ambassadors and experienced riggers across Fanzone, Paddock and brand activations for LEGO, eBay and Aramco.

Across the F1 Fanzone and Paddock spaces, our teams delivered core roles for Sim Racing, Blast Lane, Driver Selfie, Pit Stop Challenge, Pit Portals and Podium DJ experiences. Staff encouraged participation, supported photo moments and captured data via iPads to help drive Events House’s engagement and insight goals.

Behind the scenes, our riggers managed build and break at each location, working with client teams to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
