What We Did
The Circuit of the Americas featured the pit lane hospitality lounge ‘The Paddock Club’ playing host to guests paying up to $10,000 for access. Elevate partnered with Hospitality partner DO & CO to provide specialist staff to support key elements of the guest experience, including ticketing, registration, F&B, refuse management, security, and wayfinding.
How We Did It
90% of our staff received a 4-5/5 rating, meaning guests of the Paddock Club enjoyed the most premium experience possible and are planning to rebook their place in The Paddock Club for 2023.
