Elevate Global partnered with GHOST to create a standout sponsorship activation at the Electric Daisy Carnival (EDC) in Las Vegas, aiming to promote GHOST products. With over 100,000 event attendees and 2,000+ visitors to the GHOST footprint, our team of 7 ran The GHOST® ELECTRIC BAR-CADE. The team was responsible for distributing premium items, managing traffic flow around interactive elements, and engaging with festival-goers to boost brand awareness and educate the target demographic about GHOST products.

How We Did It

Our dedicated team of 6 Brand Ambassadors and 1 Team Lead worked tirelessly into the early hours over this 3-day festival to ensure the success of the activation. After attending a virtual training conference call ahead of the event, they skilfully navigated various aspects of the activation, including handing out premium items, managing crowds, and interacting with attendees. By maintaining a lively and engaging atmosphere, our team effectively promoted GHOST Lifestyle products, boosted brand awareness, and created a memorable experience for festival-goers.
