What We Did

Elevate partnered with LinkedIn to increase membership in their retail worker-focused group, the Break Room. Deploying the “BreakRoom Army,” armed with QR code cards, we targeted retail employees across malls, shopping centers, and independent stores in 5 US markets over 10 days.

How We Did It

We quickly onboarded core teams in each market and organized routing to cover over 200 target locations per market. Leveraging our Impact platform for real-time data capture, we gained daily operational insights and performance feedback. This allowed us to make necessary adjustments for maximum ROI and created friendly competition among teams, ensuring sustained engagement throughout the program.
