What We Did

Elevate Global showcased its staffing expertise at this year’s VidCon in Anaheim, CA. Over three exciting days, our team of 18 Brand Ambassadors and 2 Team Leads ensured a vibrant and interactive atmosphere. The event saw our lively staff engaging attendees, managing lines, guiding guests through various activations, distributing branded merchandise, and facilitating photo opportunities. Our team’s enthusiasm and gaming knowledge created memorable interactions and enhanced the overall experience for VidCon attendees.

How We Did It

Our Brand Ambassadors were carefully selected for their energy and passion for digital content and gaming. They actively engaged with the crowd, handed out Minecraft-themed items such as waterless tattoos, pig hats and chicken tote bags, as well as YouTube-branded gaming keychains. The Team Leads efficiently managed breaks, timesheets, and team coordination, ensuring smooth operations throughout the event. From helping with trivia, answering questions and maintaining a clean environment, Elevate’s team provided seamless support and a dynamic presence.
