How Elevate’s strategic approach led to success in 15 US markets and 80k samples distributed in total.

What We Did

As an official NCAA partner, Wendy’s faced the challenge of promoting their brand in 15 US markets within 13 weeks. Elevate provided brand ambassadors who met sampling objectives despite a complex football schedule. These ambassadors adapted to unpredictable locations and times, distributing samples, increasing brand awareness, and spreading Wendy’s message.

How We Did It

With careful project management and proactive recruitment, Elevate selected highly energetic, family-friendly, engaging ambassadors capable of thriving in fast-paced environments. In select markets, Elevate also organized delivery bike teams to promote Wendy’s partnership with DOORDASH and facilitate surprise deliveries. Their efforts successfully boosted Wendy’s presence and resonated with consumers throughout the campaign.
