What We Did

As excitement built around the 2025 WNBA All-Star Weekend, Elevate partnered with Motive to deliver Starry’s multi-touchpoint sampling campaign. Across three high-energy live days in downtown Indianapolis, our team supported a wide range of fan engagement activations – from immersive branded footprints and arena concourse sampling to roaming street teams and surprise product drops. To bring it all to life, we managed 136 applicants, hiring over 60 standout Brand Ambassadors and Team Leads, ensuring the right people were in the right roles at every moment.

How We Did It

Across seven coordinated activation sites, our team brought Starry’s bold personality to life-distributing thousands of samples, running the 3PT Challenge at WNBA Live, supporting concourse and exit sampling at Gainbridge Fieldhouse, deploying mobile guerrilla teams, and powering a sleek branded pod at Monument Circle. With surprise appearances from WNBA legends like A’ja Wilson and Breanna Stewart and expert logistical support from our Team Leads, the campaign engaged thousands of fans across one unforgettable weekend.
